We are looking to appoint casual Exam Invigilators to commence after Easter who can commit to an average of 12 hours per week during the exam periods. You will be employed on a casual ad hoc basis during the examination periods under the guidance of the Examination Officer and the Data & Examinations Manager. Experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage, although not essential.
We have a great deal of experience in the further development of our staff. Our appraisal approach is one of coaching under the banner of ‘Growing Great People’. We offer a supportive and welcoming environment with an excellent induction programme. We pride ourselves on our relationships across our school community – ‘Staff are proud to work at Polesworth and staff retention is high’ (Ofsted, 2023). ‘There is a respectful and caring culture across the school’ (Ofsted, 2023).
We are seeking a passionate and driven individual with good communication and organisational skills and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our pupils and their communities.

The postholders will, under the leadership of the Catering Manager assist with the production and serving of food items and in the care and cleaning of the kitchen and catering equipment, in accordance with the School’s standards.
